Snow Leopard update fixes Adobe Flash Issue

Apple on Thursday released a relatively minor update to Mac OS X Snow Leopard, which fixes the issue with the users of the operating system, which lowered them to the older version of Flash Player Adobe Systems.

When Apple released Snow Leopard on 28 August, it included an old version of Adobe Flash Plug-In, which is known to security issues. Sophos security expert Graham Cluley warned users to belittle and urged all those who have an operating system to upgrade immediately.

Snow Leopard 10.6.1 resolves this issue by updating the Flash Player plug-in version 10.0.32.18, the most recent, stable release from Adobe.

While this is great news for the first update from Apple Snow Leopard, the company did include some minor fixes as well. The new version includes improved compatibility with Sierra Wireless 3G modems and addresses an issue that caused some discs to stop playback.

Printer compatibility has been improved, and therefore has an automatic account settings in your mail application Apple. The issue that affected 4 Movement inaccessibility has also been fixed.

Mac OS X 10.6.1 can be downloaded from Apple's Web support or through the software update mechanism in Mac OS X.
